This tool lets you convert mw2 patches.
EXAMPLE:
You have a BLES00684 Patch, But Your Region is BLES00685.
Not to worry, just open the BLES00684 Patch with my tool and select BLES00685.
The File Will Convert and You Can Now You That Patch On Your PS3.
