So heres how to prevent users putting it in to action. In your sprx or "what ever" menu put the following codes.

    sv_floodProtect 1

    sv_cheats 0

And in mayhem moddings RTM tool it allows you to disable cfg and infections for everyone if you're host.

Heres how to do it:

Open up the tool

Click in game mods

Check remove CFG and Infections from users

And voila You're done

Actually seems to me the the jailbreak bitches would be more butthurt if they want to build a freeze players tool.
