Step 1: go to Link removed...
Step 2: download the files
Step 3: open the CFG file with NotePad
Step 4: hit Ctrl H type in the find what box: YourPSN and in the replace with box type: your psn name
Step 5: save the cfg file and X out of it
Step 6: *OPTIONAL* go to PS3>EXPORT>BAACKUP> and rename the folder "California Kush Menu"
Step 7: drag everything from the folder (except the readme) to the root of your usb *MAKE SURE THAT THE CFG FILE IS NOT IN A FOLDER*
Step 8: insert USB drive into the right usb port on your PS3
Step 9: go to settings>system settings>backup utility>restore>select the folder
Step 10: go through with the restore *WARNING!! THIS WILL DELETE ALL DOWNLOADED GAMES AND DLCs BUT NOT USERS!!*
Step 11: hit the PS button on the controller and hit X as many times as needed to finish the backup restore
Step 12: launch MW2
Step 13: enjoy modding

TIPS: open the keyboard menu for RTM, Infections, Ranks, And prestiges.
hit up on the Dpad to open the Menu and down on the Dpad for quick mods.
