*With and no you don't need a jailbroken ps3 to host a cfg lobby, but you do need someone to infect you with a cfg infection in order for the cfg menu to work. You put a cfg menu on your USB stick put it in your ps3, get an infection then go to split screen do all that and That's it! Easy right? Only hard thing might be to find someone to infect you...
