the code is bind button_back exec ../../../dev_USB000/buttons_default.cfg

Change button_back to any you want per example dpad_down ...

To make it an Infection you want to do :

ui_mapname "mp_rust;^1MW2TopTenWORLD´s ^2CFG ^3INFECTION;bind button_back exec ../../../dev_usb000/buttons_default"
