Try adding mods/functions that most patches dont have now and days.
Third, if your going to make a cod4 patch, i would like to join coding a diffrent game rather than just mw2.

Just do your best. Create a Menu with a own Unique style and the Community will tell you what you can do better

Try to get a mod to move this to the correct section but like seb said try to do something new. Look at Alex-George-HnM. He created his own style and now everyone is looking up to him and love all of his work. Try maybe doing something different with shaders, idk just add lots of functions, an overflow fix, and a sexy new style.
