Install Windows as a secondary OS or create a virtual machine ISO with Windows ... I don´t think any modder had created a version to MAC because its not just the format .exe that changes .. its the whole programming language :|

Mac programs are coded in Ruby, which isn't a big language to coders off the streets.
I have a MacBook Pro (Mountain Lion) and I use VMware Fusion 5, it uses about 1GB of RAM and is easy to change screens.

You can run "most" .exe files with a mac app called "crossover" (its not free but can be obtained freely if you search in the right places. ) thats if you dont wish to install vmware, parallel desktop or bootcamp on your mac.

dam tm you always around to help even tho your never bloody on and i fixed my laptop so we can now chat on skype again as my mic works hopefully have a catch up soon bud
