2. You need a jailbroken ps3 that can either go online, or that you can data transfer to a retail ps3 on OFW.
3. If by you owning a usb you mean you want a CFG menu, I do not have knowledge of how those work, nor do I support CFG menus because they do not require real skill and the need of super 1337 Hax0rz jailbroken ps3.
