Have you got programs to install ? If no, you got have CFW/CEX or buy original MW2.

if you mean game id then it should be on the side of your mw2 case at the bottom, if you dont have disk mw2 then idk where u can find it

*EDIT*if you mean where can you download a north american copy of mw2 off the internet im assuming you should be able to find a download easily
