Im on 4.55 CFW Rogero v1.00

And my question is, how to install MW2 Hacks on a Jailbroken PS3?

Install a FTP of some sort, I used multiman, make sure you have the 1.14pkg files installed for mw2 then replace your modded patch with the original, I know it's vague but there's plenty of tutorials on YouTube

Get BlackBox FTP (or any...) and go to dev_hdd0/game/BLUS30377 or your region code/USDIR/ And replace your patch_mp.ff with the modded one.
