So I joined his private game, right before I left he started the game then I got a error. I was like wtf.. Then I was at mainmenu, I couldn't press X start button or anything!! nothing is working! I turned off ps3, tried again nope, I went on my other ps3 account and nope.

I goto multiplayer > now im in main menu I can click anything for 5 seconds and boom it freezes (the game is not frozen though) my buttons dont work... I delted the patch, i delted the game files etc.. and still it only happened after that ****** started the damn glitched game! I dont know what to do now I paid $60 when this came out and I can't even play any more (I know its old but its the best game ever!)

Every 5 seconds after I goto multiplayer I just freeze, the music keeps going u can see the background that it isnt frozen and my buttons dont work at all my controller is fine. what can i do???

A bit late... but if you have another ps3 i would try the disc in that first otherwise just try cleaning the disc seems like the disc has some issue

Sounds like disc read error, happens to a lot of games. They sell mw2 at gamestop for like $5 just go get a new one.
