You have to edit the patch and put there names in them. Just look in the .ff to see what the "verify" is hooking to. Then go to it sometimes its in another sub area or at the bottom of the patch.

Both yours if you want and them and yes you do. Patches aren't like RTM's. There much easier to code but don't off as much things compared to a RTM tool
