Help Connecting and Attaching RTM (DEX)

Once upon a time...

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Alright, well the title pretty much says it all, but anytime I try to connect and attach to a RTE tool (Green Static, Razor v1) an error pops up that say "PS3 not connected". I tried different EBOOTS but nothing seems to work, please help. Thank you.

If its not connecting its not the eboot its TM. Because If it was the eBoot then it would connect to the ps3 just not attach. Make sure that green static is in the TM bin folder " C: \ > Programs 86 > SN Systems > Bin > " put it in that folder then try.
