I'm using mw2 patch converter to convert patch_mp.ff from mine ps3 to xbox, then I'm using ffViewer to edit it (when I'm saving, it gives me an error "Couldn't find file [...]patch_mp.dat" ), but then when I'm going to convert the ff converted file back to ps3 it get from 136 kb, to 100kb. I already tried running it, but when I open mw2, I get a black screen and my ps3 freezes.

Why are you trying to convert it to xbox? Just use a ps3 .ff editor to make the edits.

ffviewer is outdated just use buc-shotz ff editor

I tried to, but when I click on save, it gave me a 16kb .ff file

Once saved convert it back to your region. I have that problem but its when I do zone edits.
