If you're on CFW, update to 1.14, then just delete the files 'default.ff' & 'default_mp.ff' in the following directory: REGION_ID/USRDIR.
(replace 'REGION_ID' with the game's region ID. Not sure what it is for Japan, but it'll be on the box of the game, or Google...)
