Post: Modding MW2 (PC)

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); So I got MW2 the other day and I'm looking to use some mods in private match to just mess around with etc. but I was wondering if it's safe to do this as I'd rather not have a VAC Ban on my steam account for something which I don't intend on using in online.

Tools that inject mod menus temporarily should be safe but remember that Steam is quite active and good at protecting against modders on any game, not just MW2. Also, take into account whether modding some stuff is really worth getting banned from accessing online services on ALL games not just MW2 as that is what a VAC ban does.

If it's a VAC ban just for modding in private solo then yes it's probably not worth it. I was hoping there would be someone who could give me a solution to this problem
