Look in the mw2 mods section if not check MayhemModdings tool I think it is CEX and DEX

Pretty much every MW2 tool in the Modern Warfare 2 Modding Tools section do the same thing, so anyone would work honestly. Most of them are able to connect to CCAPI so no worries whether you're on DEX or CEX.
