Check your game region, if you are using debug eboot it might crash because it does not support the correct one.

You must use the EBOOT specifically designed for the SPRX plugin.

your best of changing to dex its soo easy to do and then you will need the eboot and put iy in the Bles/Blus folder and the sprx in tmp folder
