what do you mean by cfg to patch converter?

There's such thing as a tool that can create a patch by just inserting the cfg file

You know 1.14 patches contain a bunch of cfg files... So what you could do is copy and paste the coding from your cfg file(s) into one of the cfg's that's inside the patch.

do you have a black/clean patch_mp.ff in CFG and not in GSC?

I do have a clean patch_mp.ff with cfg's and not gsc's if you need it
