And when I do the backup, will it uninstall my multiman, ps ninja, all my jailbreak stuff, etc.. Sorry Im very new to jailbreak and bypass, any help would be appreciated!

you can just install the update of the game, then use multiman and put a bypass patch in, then delete the mp_self file and boom bypass
