You dont need to do anything with the ccapi dll for 2.60...in fact they recommend you dont put it in the folder with your tool. So because of that you can delete your problem line.

You just need to add ps3lib.dll as a reference (and put using ps3lib.dll at the top)...same goes for any other dll files your using (eg hud, mw2lib, etc)

Im not sure why you have 2 PS3 parts there either...i just have 1
