Best way to do this is just use a cfg loader and put the binds onto your usb if you really want it to be easy to edit.

Ok u would just exec it like you would do it with a menu keep the cfg the infection ok simple make ur binds like this:
Make bind button back togglescores: and ur dpads the binds i would dpad right if you want to still use ur killstreaks
