You take the modded patch.ff (zombies) or patch_mp.ff (Multiplayer) and using Filezilla you navigate to hdd0/game/YOURREGION/USRDIR/english" and drop your patch.ff or patch_mp.ff in there

Because it's easy stuff for mw2 you just go to the region folder and you will see a patch_mp.ff file. You replace that with a modded one. It'll need to be a 1.14 unless you're bypassing.
