Dude... Its not that hard to find color offsets.. Just make a backup first in case you change some colors you dont want to, and then you search for what u wanna change
If you want to change the ammo just search untill you find something interesting like "ammo_clip" (example! dunno if thats the name) then go up to the first color code and change it

Thats all I can help you with, don't know the offset for that myself but I have changed it once before using that method^

It's been along time since i did it but i know that the string is like weapon_ something or something similar to that its annoying but you'll get it eventually wish i could help more but idk the exact offset
