That's an eboot error. Meaning the eboot you have is bad. Try a diff SPRX loader eboot. Also, are you launching game from disc or backup?

i used my own default_mp or whatever it is called im loading from disc

It's not the default file that's causing the issue. It's an eboot error. What CFW are you on? Try another eboot.
