(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I have applied many patches to my mw2 since i recently bought a jailbroken ps3, the problem is that it tells me to press up on the dpad to open the menu but when i do nothing works? at first i thought it was my pad so i used my girlfriends brothers one and still the same thing happened, so its no the controllers, maybe its the console, maybe its no because i can use the dpad fine when im scrolling through the main menu or when i want to change class...

any help would be greatly appreicated.

Check ur button layout is it set to default

Yeah it sounds like the button layout. If you prefer using the tactical layout then open the patch and change the buttons_default.cfg file name to buttons_tactical.cfg or whatever button layout that you use.

You can also redefine how the buttons respond in the buttons_****.cfg to work like other layouts

The fact that the bool is telling you to push up suggests it's an operator error and not anything else
