I just downloaded the torrent and enabled bd mirror or whatever its called xD and load dat shit and it works try re-installing it it might have missed some files

Was your issue solved? If not dont enable PSN PATCH cause i notice for some games it will go black screen

there probably isnt a need for PSN patch on MW2 because the game is so old.

Also did the method suggeseted to you work?

Dont use psn patch on some games psn patch will make the game go black. Just use psn ninja and you will be fine
