I Have just downloaded MW2 and When i Load it it goes black

Don't go into PSNPatch before going into Multiman. Go into Multiman first and load MW2. After, go into PSNPatch and press X, then you can open MW2 and it shouldn't black screen.

I dont use PSN Patch so it shoudln't do that

I believe alot of people had issues with BLES try and get the BLUS torrent thats the version i use

Have you tried to reinstall Multiman and make sure it's the latest version?
