Because there's no point giving people co host or whatever on MW3, because I have checked this already with a menu nobody can give themselves unlock all etc..

Your wrong lol, like 2 days ago I was in a lobby that a guy from ngu was hosting and it let me do everything. Unlock all, edit stats etc.

Well which menu was he using because I used 5-6 different menus and they didn't seem to work lol.

I remember I saw the word Enstone on the menu, so I'm guessing it was an Enstone menu idk

It must've been the Phantom menu you're talking about. I have Project memories V3. The reason I don't give VIP to people is because they be spamming and it'll freeze my PS3. The only thing I do for free is XP Lobbies; recoveries are NOT free.
