I install framework 4.5 , add the tool to the file folder ,still not loading..

Do you have the newest update to his tool ? and do you also have ps3tmapi_net.dll in the same folder ?

yes, I check in the even viewer , it seems that it having problem with .net framework for some reason

I fix the problem, just copy over the file the files ps3tmapi_net.dll ,and it works now. Thanks
