It's not even close to being finished, I am not sure if I like the design or not so I might make it completely different!
I need opinions on the design not what you want to see on the inside!

looks nice u should use 6th prestige emblem insted of 4th it will go with the name better blue ice

Mod Menus can't be converted to CEX, there is a way to make a CEX mod menu but that would take ages(you would need to code it in plain PPC...)
