How do I view source? I cannot open at all, I am not a leecher. I am just trying to learn you know? And your tool has the most options then any other tool with a open source and this would help me greatly. I appreciate this release and would like to open it

I think this tool needs to be repackaged. I've tried opening this tool on Windows 7 Home Edition x64 with no luck. Tried using Program Compatibility, no luck. Tried installing the DNB included link, (which I thought wasn't needed if you just want to run the tool) no luck. Can't install the patch for the DNB because I can't find the required GACUtil.exe that it's asking for.
This tool is not finished. I don't know how anyone else got it to work, but it'd sure be nice if people would write more than just two word replies. FIX THIS.

Yes this tool don't work even if you run on admin.

I dont see a issue with it and Who ever is complaining about this be grateful that he was kind enough to post this for free unlike most of the mod tool developers

FinalFantasyXIV, i had the same problem as KillerKane123, and i know this is an old post but, avast says there is a virus in DNB, is there a newer version or something, because i want the RTM tool but it wont let me install DotNetBar
