1.weapon menu now works except for the walking AC130

Known Buglist:
1.weapon menu doesn't work(freeze)
2.Dpad Monitoring doesn't work in a public match
Things that aren't done:
1.Lobby/fun menu need to be finished
2. add more models
3.fix the weapon menu
4. add in game customization
5. clean up the host menu
6. clean up the infection menu
