If you have clients in your menu it will receive and enter data every second trying to update the menu meaning the more clients the more lag trying to keep the program updating and receiving the data while sending the command to console.

When You Say clients in the menu are you saying Verified or just in the lobby
and enstone is using LV2 memory?
I Thought of writing the strings on the eboot bc that what makes it laggy when u write string and clients join it writes over the menu string and then you lose the text in menu :/ But saldely RPC gives me an headache

Yes enstone stores his menu thats why it injects his menu into your playstation after running it.
Clients total meaning if a client joins the menu refreshes every min trying to get the new clients.
