Whats the button in the middle called where you select connect and attach the circle thing around it when you click the middle of the picture, is it on visual studio, i really like it, could i use it for my design?

Could connect this tool with older ccapi 2.60 but not with 2.60 rev4. Tried to change ps3lib.dll from PS3Lib v4.4 but no effort. What can i do? P.S. the actual tool link not include ps3lib.dll and other stuff. I have installed rebug 4.70 over 4.65. In 4.65 the problem doesn't exist with older ccapi 2.60.
