*READ*This was tool was made for learning purposes only. Before you all start saying "inb4swat", please be assured that the data gathered with this tool was not used to harm anyone in any certain way or form.
Tested via CCAPI & TMAPI
First time messing around with a COD game in C# so I decided to do MW3. I lurked around this sub-forum a while back and didn't see Sarcastic's similar tool, my apologies. Also restating this, tool was made for experience. First time doing anything WebBased with C# and got some nice help from a friend of mine, since I was stuck on a problem for hours. Might make a multi-cod public cheater also using this as the base.
*UPDATED*
- Added BO2
- Few bug fixes
- Doesn't pull up all the information on Geolocator ( mostly other countries, but also US ) //API usage is limited to 10,000 queries per hour. After reaching this limit, all requests will result in HTTP 403 (Forbidden) until the roll over.
- Takes a while to "sniff" all the IP's //I added an "auto grab" feature
- Replaces some information in geolocator with "s</City>" //API glitches up at times, I'm not able to edit the way it works unless I host it on my own instance of the API on my server
- Sometimes adds " ' " after city //Possibly fixed this by changing the way it parses information, I've never encountered it though

I'll convert it to other CODs once I gather up all the non-host offsets. Might download BO2 today and make one for that game.

This is perfect exactly what I'm looking for. Please, can you add it to where it tells us which ip belongs to what player?
Bugs:

Glad someone likes it ^^, also I don't think I'll be able to tell you which IP = player. And yeah, I'll work on an updated version project's been sitting there for days lol. Also, those geo bugs might be because of the API not being able to read the data from the website. I'll look into it.
