If there is a problem it may have to be converted to a eboot to boot directlly in to MP cause of the modification was done on USA so this could be a factor when changing code in eboot it does not work for all regions & this is why a self conversion to eboot.bin comes in handy ..

What patch did you use ? Also the BLUS patch in BuC post works . Someone said the BLES patch did only solo & i think it was cause people did not install all the patches in order .This is important .

The BLUS patch is already confirmed working here .I made the packages but it seems like the BLES had a problem but if i had BLES i would install all 119 to the last 122/123 fixed patches i made then i would know if it was a user error if they skipped updates =That will cause problem for online.
