i forgot to edit my text from v122 to v123 !
Sorry but it is only a visual "no harm at all/or difference cause of it".
IT IS ONLY TO TELL YOU PATCH ID + VERSION ! = Is v1.23 so don't worry.
Check update history you can see my text says v1.23 ,etc

yea i installed all the pkg updates sequentially but still no luck

You do not need to update change your MW3 PARAM.SFO FW ver from 03.72 to 03.40 your backup game param . If you get this message again install a spoofer & spoof your PS3 to version 4.0+..
You all need to be more specific when posting error on what ? You all need to search a little i am very busy i know these are working i have many testers posting there ok..
