Well there is an easy fix!
One Problem though!
-You will lose all DLC and have to reupdate your MW3.

If you dont care about that, then lets get started!
1) Go to your ps3 XMB, and scroll over to GAME.
2) Scroll up to GAME DATA UTILITY, Find MW3, and Delete it!
3) Once Deleted, go back to your MW3 Disk and update to the latest patch (1.23)
4) Once on the game, and you are in multiplayer, you will now have an updated playercard, since it seems IW doesnt update it anymore.
5) Now you will have to redownload any DLC you had before, and enjoy
