What I have for you is the PERFECT Public Cheater EBOOT.. Use this and you're guaranteed those badass moabs and killstreaks..
What it has:
Constant UAV
AC130 Red Squares CONSTANTLY. (Host or not)
Custom Error Message
4x Weapon XP (When host)
Reduced Recoil when host..
To get UAV working, start up a private match then end it whenever and UAV will work til you exit MW3.
This isn't some release or any of that shit, just giving you guys this EBOOT I made for fun and use :p I ALWAYS get MOAB's when using this, especially rushing with the PP90M1 + Rapid Fire/Extended Mags + Support.

the reason you cant see enemies with red boxes is because they have blind eye on......
