I Use Comgenie's Awesome Filemanager.
Plugin USB with Eboot not the left USB SLOT but right USB slot.
Copy Eboot.bin from USB to dev_hdd0\game\BLES01428\USRDIR.
Or just use Multiman goto file manager.
