first of all you need a jailbroken ps3

1- copy the EBOOT.BIN for this menu and then go to (devhdd0/game/your game region mine is BLES01428/ USRDIR / then overwrite the EBOOT

2- then go to devhdd0/tmp/put the sprx file here (NonHost.sprx)

put it in devhdd0/game/your game region if you dont know youre game region just go into games in mmcm and then hit square over MW3 then you would see ur region
