High Accuracy = Shotguns only. You always connect 3 out of 4 shots if you are decent. I've seen shotgun only accounts from 60-75% accuracy.

Exactly what Team_Specialist said, but I wouldn't use the AA12 or the Striker if you're trying to get a high accuracy. Best ones in my opinion would be the KSG12 & the USAS.

I agree with this, but I think most shotgun users have more accuracy than snipers.

no use weapons like the mk14 or burst weapons, you will get a good accuracy and also a good kd.
