Should i do like on KMEAW: Install all the updates from 1.19 to 1.23 and the 1.23 update spoofed to 9.99 via install package files? Or should i just start Mw3 and let it update to 1.23 and then im done with that?

So i dont even need the mw3 1.23 update spoofed to 9.99? i just start up mw3 normally and let it update to 1.23 and then replace the modded eboot with the original one? Thanks for answering
