Try changing your accound ID, I myself do not know how to do this but people have said that if you change your account ID, you could get unbanned

if you want an unban than you have to go through the activision firewall than infinity firewall
hack their servers
get the system profile stuff
than find your name and than edit it out Happy

dont think someone will do that.......cuz its illegal lol
