Well i dont know if its still working but i was using my ofw console and a proxy server (Anon Proxy server) and while it was downloading on my ofw i was checking for the psn url and i downloaded the Pkg from the URL on my PC and i just installed it on my JB ps3 ! To activate the dlc just go to the store option in mw3, download the face off maps, you should get an error but its normal and the dlc should be activated on your JB ps3

But with the 4.40 update i think they patched the proxy thing :/

Well just find a PKG download for the map packs. Install it to your ps3. Go on psn store. And acitvate it. And youll be done. Im sure there downloads for the map packs somewhere. Just look around. Search on google.
