You need a Jailbroken ps3 on Firmware 3.55 if your on 4.40 then you cannot host xp lobbys :y:

i can downgrade the firmware?

There isn't a Challenge Lobby for MW3 on the PS3.
You can only RTM Unlock all ect. with a DEX-Console.
