u cant use a prestige token to get gold.

Ground war is the easiest if you play alone
if you can get a party then HQ is good. Just cap until you almost win then go for pure kills.
Go for challenges like 20 kills with the masterkey, m230, etc etc
also run rather support uavs, vests, advance uav, or specialist. The more kills with your gun the better.
Scavenger is also a needed unless you die a lot.
