My PS is 4.41, can I use mods? How?
I use big names and promod...

RTE is short for real time (memory) editing, which allows you to make changes to the game in real time. Offsets are where something is located like a dvar or anything really. EBOOTs are used to load the actual game. You can only use these modded EBOOTs/real time memory editing on a custom firmware PS3. If you have 3.56+ firmware then you can only do this stuff if you buy a hardware downgrader or get someone else to do it.

Yep. Like I said if you want one i suggest finding a service that will downgrade a PS3 for you. Much easier than buying an E3 Flasher and doing it yourself. I suggest contacting playerkp420 on ps3hax if you want to get it done.
