I don't think so. I think u need a Jailbroken PS3 and a EBOOT which contains Mods for Spec Ops.

you can by a modded save but solo only

Yes you can and on OFW but you both need the modded save for it to work just get the god mod save and go to spec ops invite friend and you both have god mode!
